SOME USEFUL INFORMATION WHEN PLACING YOUR CLASSIFIED AD:

There are many reasons why this is a resourceful business website tool and how to use this resource to your advantage. You can consistently get a few hundred hits just off a simple well-placed ad. Here are some simple suggestions to try to attain that objective
Choose a relevant Category to place your ad in the maximum categories usually 8- 10 more or less depending on the site. (note:* each category may be few cents extra, but who’s counting when this may add up many thousand to your business)
Constantly change these weekly/monthly if not more often, use your stats to help you better judge this.
The category you are advertising in, place the remainder of your ads in the various sub-categories.
Vary your title and content so it fits within the selected category. Remember, you are serious about your business, your resource, and site. You must exhibit that whenever you promote it.
You must appear professional. Capitalization is for loud obnoxious people who more than likely offer the same. All glitter no gold. You may have gotten our attention but with the wrong impression.
Always be prepared to offer a legitimate address and telephone number.
Keep your best quick descriptions of several, if not all, of your pages handy to help remind yourself to remain consistent with your re-submissions and especially to initially submit the new pages you produce.

Just register and select your personal username and password, then login. You can edit your free classified ad whenever you feel. Choose from a range of extra optional features for your Classified Ad. Ads are re-new on a monthly basis.

1.0 RATES & TERMS

All ads must be prepaid. WE ACCEPT VISA / MASTER CARD/ AMERICAN EXPRESS. Payment is due in advance at the beginning of each week / month of service. Please mail your cheques or money order to: Moncton.net, 96 Highfield, Moncton, NB. E1C 6S6.

All fees and charges will be charged to and paid for by you. You will never bill without expressly re-ordering, at your own desire. Your membership will auto-expire after the membership term in which you have chosen. There are no other fee is required to access the content advertised. Moncton.net reserves the right to increase fees at any time, for new customers, or for years going forward from the date you ordered. You are by no means charged for any service, other than what you expressly order. Fraudulent charges must be reported the authorities along with details, and server logs that pertain to the offense. Chargeback's, returned checks, or failure to pay by other means will be immediately forwarded for collection by a certified collection agency, plus a service charge of $75.00

4.0 REFUNDS

Moncton.net reserves the right in its discretion to withdraw the use of the Site and the Service from any User without notice and without being required to provide reasons
Moncton.net retains all its copyright and all its database right in all material on the Site
Moncton.net makes no warranties with respect to the Site or any information therein or with respect to the Service will consider requests for refund by Users who have used the Service of sums paid for long term pre-paid ads or with respect to fraud in appropriate situations, at its discretion

5.0 COMMERCIAL ADVERTISING

If you are advertising a service or product, or are a property owner with property for rent or sale, you are subject to commercial advertising rates.

6.0 POLICIES & REQUIREMENTS

The Classified Club maintains appropriate safeguards to ensure the security, integrity, and privacy of your personal information. Moncton.net assumes no responsibility for errors in Ads. Any adjustment or credit will not exceed the value of the ad. Frequent changes in copy of private party ads that are not corrections may incur a $5 alteration fee. The publisher waives all claims or consequential damages due to errors. MONCTON.NET will not assume responsibility for the claims or performance of its advertisers,nor make any warranties, express or implied.

We reserve the strict right to edit, refuse, or reclassify any ad at the discretion of the classified manager without prior notice.

7.0 Usage of the Name

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WITHOUT PREJUDICEWILL YOU USE OUR NAME (MONCTON.NET) OUR WEBSITE (MONCTON.NET) OR ANY OF OUR EMAIL ADDRESSES OR ITS CONTENT TO ENDORSE PROMOTE YOUR PRODUCTS OR BUSINESS WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT FROM MONCTON.NET UNDER THE CRIMINAL CODE SECTION7 (1)
