2006/10/12Fatal collision involving two vehicles, Cap P??l??, N.B.On Thursday, October 12, 2006 at 4:15 pm, the South East District 4 RCMP was dispatched to a fatal collision involving two vehicles on Highway 133 near Cap P??l??, N.B. An automobile while traveling north on Highway 950 (Bas Cap P??l?? Road) attempted to cross Highway 133 and collided with a van that was traveling west on Highway 133. The passenger of the automobile, a 74 year old woman from Moncton, died at the scene of the collision as a result of her injuries. The driver, a 48 year old woman from Moncton, was transported to the hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries. The occupants of the van, two Haute Aboujagne men, were not injured. The investigation is continuing.
