Values, Morals...What is your source?

Ok, so obviously for many people religion acts as the source for morals and values, which impact on their behaviour.
My question is, without religion, where do people get the values and morals"code of conduct" from?

My values and morals have nothing to do with any religion but the continueing evolution of myself and my conscience. (some say a conscience is GOD'S voice.....I believe it, myself).
