Of course blacks as a population have a slightly lower average IQ than whites...they're also probably slightly shorter and have a slightly lower average life expectancy. This is exactly what you'd expect when comparing any economically disadvantaged population to an economically advantaged one, because material deprivation effects development and growth and health during every stage of life. Its not a genetic thing, you can find the same health related gaps between any set of ethnic groups scewed according to class lines. The only thing that people want to surpress academic discussion of more than biology is class.
In any case you're talking about populations that overlap and statistical differences over a huge number of people so they aren't meaningful on an individual level.
It's obvious that you are offended at my recent post but I was only trying to start a debate from something I recently read. Just for the record, I do not feel this way, in fact, I feel the complete opposite and I feel we have to squash these types of stereotypes by writing about them, that is all.
I also read that President Bush has lowest IQ of all Presidents of past 50 Years.
