What Can You Do To Make This A More Respectful World?

We need to understand why people are they way the are, and love them dispite our diffrence

Oops, It's time for my two cents worth. I try to treat people as fairly as I can. I try not to judge people different from me. I'm most likey to jump in on the side of a person who is outnumered regardless of whether the person is right or wrong. I'll poke fun at anybody but only if I'm able to laugh at myself first. I'll always pull out of an argument where I fear friendships may be ended but if the person keeps on rattling in my ear eventually I will say something very rude to them. I'll always listen to another person's ideas or opinions no matter how stupid they may seam at the time. That's how I learn a lot. I also have a simple philosophy: People are like colours. Try to change or remove them and you will never see the rainbow GOD created for all mankind to enjoy.

I couldn't have answered those questions any better  Like the way you phase that about the colours of people and the rainbow of mankind created by God    RIGHT ON

willie c wuddle wrote on 10/19/2006 3:24:52 AM :
Actually I didn't really just mean different coloured people, I meant different acting people, different thinking people, etc. When I become perfect I will start trying to change other people. Don't worry, we'll all be dead and gone by the time that happens.

A: It's one of the top rules in our home.

2. Are you considerate of other people?

A: Yes, unless they're rude.

A: Personal experience has taught me that violence DOESN'T solve problems .. it creates them. So I guess my answer is "yes."

6. Do you ever intentionally ridicule, embarras or hurt other people?

A: Never intentionally. It's low and uncalled for.

7. How do you feel when someone judges you without knowing you or giving you a chance?

A: Initially hurt, then angry.

8. How do you feel when someone calls you a name?

A: Depends on the name. Most I am able to shrug off.

9. Are you polite?

A: I am given credit as having the most polite children most have ever seen, so I guess I must be doing OK. They learned by example. Smile [:)]

10. Do you show respect with respectful behavior?

A: Again, I do my best. There are some days/people that are a challenge for anyone, but I really try. Wink [;)]
