Genetic Memory - can you change the world?

Have you ever had a dream that you were one of your parents or grandparents and when you told them of the details of the dream it was an actual event that happened in their lives? The average human uses a fraction of the true potential of the brain, so what is the brain have that we arent using? Remember the movie "Rain Man" with Dustin Hoffman who was a super genius with Savant Syndrome...well take a look here http://www.wisconsinmedicalsociety.org/savant/kimpeek.cfm the REAL Rainman, Kim Peek inspired that movie...watch the clips its quite amazing...

Genetic Memory....do we pass down memories from generation to generation? Memory is passed down, not just in humans but in nearly every living organism. Instinct. What is insticnt? It is my belief that insticnt is memories from past generations, that have been hardwired into our genetic code and we unconsciously learn from these memories, we learn our insticnts. How does a bird know when and which direction to fly south? Many will say that it is taught by its mother when it is born...but then how do you explain the sharks knowledge of the danger of the blow fish, and if they are to eat one they will be killed, sharks are left abandoned at birth by their mothers...same with many types of sea turtles, how do they know where and when to go to shore to lay their eggs..and how to lay the eggs for that matter. Instinct. Past memories that were once learned by a past organism that created that tidbit of genetic code that would be passed down for all of history....How else can it be explained? Instinct is not learned from interaction with others, it is learned from self without any attempts, just plain knowledge we all recieve at birth. So when thinking of that, what each of us does could have the potential to change humankind forever, what little tidbit of genetic code can you create for all of humankind to receive?
