What's hot for '2006

The Sopranos makes its long-awaited return to HBO in March.

Much anticipated, too, is the return albeit a cut-and-paste version of Chappelle's Show on Comedy Central in the spring.

MTV's Laguna Beach will continue to be a popular portal to the young and beautiful. Its new offshoot, The Hills, arriving in the spring, will follow Laguna star Lauren Conrad as she cultivates her tan and cruises her convertible to outings social and professional in Los Angeles.

Speaking of eye candy, ABC's Emmy-winnning series Lost and Desperate Housewives will keep their super-hot status in 2006, as will the network's Grey's Anatomy and HBO's Entourage.

CBS' How I Met Your Mother and NBC's My Name Is Earl will continue to be hot viewing in 2006.

Stars to watch include the smoldering Wentworth Miller, of Fox's Prison Break, and funnyman Will Arnette of Arrested Development.

Then there's the gals who coined the year's most overused phrase, "that's hot." Nicole Richie and Paris Hilton will be back for another vacuous season of The Simple Life. "Simply Sureal!"

I think "My name is Earle" is really really about to go places. I just about p155 myself laffing everytime I watch it. I think House will do pretty good again. His stick it to the man type attitude is vere likeable in an atmosphere where most doctors are forced to play by the book.

My Name is Earl is just the funniest around on NBC. It's so funny and it grabs you attention though I wish they showed it at a different time.

Earl is hilarious.  They aren't many good quality half hour shows on anymore like there used to be.  Definitly at the top of my list.

Personally my two favorite shows have to be Grey's Anatomy and Prison Break.  Prison Break should be starting up again near the end of this month.  I enjoy the intensity throughout the show.  Not to mention the strong, quiet, sexy demeanor of the leading character. (definitly easy on the eyes).
