Most Archie fan (as I am a huge fan), I have never met someone that will give them away. Most keep them. I had lots and lots and had to sell them when I moved to Calgary. Oh and Willie, that guy at teh flea market sells them way to expensive (he even sells his toys way to high) He tried to charge my son 5$ for a action figure that was ready to break, until I got there and told him there is no way in hell that I would let my son waste that much money on something you can get at a yard sale for 0.10$. Don't like that Toy guy, I think he's out to rip kids off.

Last I saw the comics were going for about 20 cents each. Real good old ones too.

I haven't been there in a few months but the last i saw he was selling them for a 1$ each. But no I stop collecting them when I had over 500 to sell and just never got back into it. It takes alot of room and it gets expensive. Only have a few and my son loves them so he has them lol

Thanks all - you just gave me a great idea for a Christmas gift for my daughter.  She loves to collect just about anything and I think she'd love to get some old Archies.  (I may live to regret this if she starts collecting by the 100's, which would not be unlike her!)

I have a video tape of All In The Family she can have. It has the best old Archie of all time.

value village and salvation army outlet stores ussually carry tons of archie comic books.

If you have some to trade my daughter may be interested.  They are the newer ones though, not the vintage Archies.
