ROGERS SERVICE, HATE IT OR LIKE IT? PLEASE EXPLAIN I would like to know if people out there has problems with Rogers service as much as I do. It seems after i have went to a bundled service, my payments i was making, it seems was not being applied to my correct account. it took an extra week for a payment to reflect on my acount. and after being told today that i was paying to the wrong account, they gave me what was supposed to be the correct account #, but guess what when trying to update my banking it said the account # was invalid. no comment like my service hate my service few problems no problems payment problems could not care less

I also got another cell phone that was supposed to go on a family plan for my wife, but guess what NOPE they are sending me a seperate bill as if they are not getting enough of my pay cheque

Anywheres within your province is not long distance
Anywheres in Canada to another rogers phone wether it be cell or home phone is not long distance as well
and Yes..The customer service sukks
