Why does no one ever use the chat?

I've been asking the same question for years.

There is a big difference between a Forum Board and a Chat Room.

People must be very shy.

Chat Room

My typing speed isn't quick enough.

I prefer the leisurely pace of a forum.

Chatrooms are kind of weird  -  people 'speaking' at the same time.

2 many abbrevs

It's all too unreal for me.

I never liked chat.  Ya have to stay right by the computer in chat.  Forums work for me.   Ya can make a post and return at your own convieneicinece to check it out for replies.

The Future and chat rooms belong to the young....

Chat Room

I think mods need to get it going. I think when you enter a chat and no one is there you tend to leave.  I like chatting but I can never seem to catch anyone there anymore. In fact I use to chat there a lot in the beginning.

Chat Room

I decided to go into the Chat room and talk to Paladin.

Time 5:30 a.m.

He wasn't there.

I left.

I keep dropping into the chat room, but find myself all alone, I can do that anytime, don't like it, so I'm on your forum instead
