    If you had a million bucks

    If you have a million bucks in Canada, it means you have $54,373,832.703 Jamaican dollars. You are rich!

    I think it may be relative. What is the cost of housing and a loaf of bread?

    that will be decided if and when it ever happens

    Re: If you had a million bucks

    100 - hundred

    1,000 - thousand

    1,000,000 - million

    1,000,000,000 - billion

    THEREFORE ...

    the Jamaican number is in millions ... NOT billions. UNLESS the period was supposed to be a comma too.

    If you had a million dollars in US bills,it would weigh..

    $ 1 bills......2500 lbs

    $ 5 bills  ....500   lbs

    $10 bills.....250  lbs

    $20 bills.....125  lbs

    $50 bills......50   lbs

    $100 bills....25  lbs..

    The first thing I would do is buy a new car, and then drive over to Derek's,(he looks after what little I have) and ask his advice, and follow it.

    Call my kids and ask how much they needed TODAY,to breathe easier,then my 2 sisters,then a couple of old and priceless friends and do the same for them.

     Have a talk with a realestate agent about temporary new diggs... and did I mention quite my job???

    sounds like a good plan

    Re: If you had a million bucks

    It all depends on how you invest it...

    Banks would give you about 3-4 % and then take your money and invest it for between 15-20% if not more.

    No way would I put it in a bank...
