As seen from the official Court Papers on Rodney Palmer, he sexually molested a child under the age of 14 years; in fact, this child was 6 years old at the time.

Mr. Palmer gave a signed confession to Cpl. Sault of the Codiac Regional RCMP in Moncton, NB and was later sentenced to two years in Westormoland in Dorchester, NB.

I'd like to go into detail on what this pervert did to this child, but it's so disgusting and vile and unthinkable I shudder just to think of what he confessed on paper... it's vile.

Rodney Palmer is now recently out of Westmorland I believe and should be avoided if you're with children.

If you see him near children, call the RCMP.

As seen from the official Court Papers on Rodney Palmer, he sexually molested a child under the age of 14 years; in fact, this child was 6 years old at the time.

Rodney Palmer gave a signed confession to Cpl. Sault of the Codiac Regional RCMP in Moncton, NB and was later sentenced to two years in Westmorland in Dorchester, NB when he plead guilty in Moncton Provincial Court of pedophilia.

Even though Rodney gave a signed confession and plead guilty, some of his family members continue to defend him and threaten with violence anyone who reveals that Rodney Palmer is a child molester.

Apparently not all, but some of Rodney's closest relatives and family members defend admitted pedophiles....this is disturbing and sickening.

We have certain related individuals sending violent emails telling us to take down the information on Rodney Palmer; this is disturbing that some would defend child molestation and pedophiles. Nonetheless, this information has been posted all over the Internet on local Moncton sites and we will continue doing so, regardless of being threatened by certain family members of Rodney Palmer who see no problem with child molestation; to you who send us threats: You're a sick, twisted bunch to defend a pedophile who violated a 6 year old sexually.

If you are a friend, relative or family member of Rodney Palmer and are as disgusted by child molestation as we are, show your support of children by showing this profile to other friends, family members and relatives.

Rodney Palmer is a Moncton Resident and will soon be released from Westmorland and will be living in the Moncton Community once again.

Please be sure to call the Codiac Regional RCMP if you see this individual near children as he's a convicted pedophile who may seek to harm other children.

If you know this individual and would like to see the actual papers on Rodney Palmer, please PM me and I'll send you a scanned copy. If you do not trust a scanned copy then you can also call the RCMP and ask to speak directlt to Cpl. Sault of the Codiac Regional RCMP in Moncton, NB; Cpl. Sault is the individual whom Rodney Palmer confessed to and gave a signed statement to.

Please call the RCMP immediately if you see Rodney Palmer near children.

I think I know this guy, he is going with a friend of mine and I have a daughter. I would like to know if you can provide me with the scanned copy mentioned in your write up. I am wondering if you have a picture so I can confirm it is the same person. Please respond quickly because I do not think my friend has any idea about this and if it is the same person I want to protect my child and others that may be around him. URGENT!!!!!

I have a copy of the charges but cannot locate them. However, if you go to the Moncton Provincial Court and ask for a copy, it's free :)

He confessed to corporal Sault of the RCMP after a 6 hour interview and then plead guilty.

The trouble with our society is that if this persons name appeared in the newspaper several years ago, he will not show up on a Google.Many papers delete their Archives every so often.

A public accessible Sex Offender Registry is in the works but it will take some time and effort . These will hopefully burn their names onto the Web for all time.Rodney Palmers name will be one of those.

Child molesters cannot be changed or helped through guidance or correction facilities, it is a sick mind set they have to be sexually attracted to small children. Statistics show that 1 in 4 girls and 1 in 3 boys have been victims of molestation. It is almost always someone very close to the child, who often gains the child's trust and then uses it to prey on them.

 

People who would defend anyone who is a pedofile do not understand how serious it is, and how much scaring it causes the victims. My mother always watched me very closley and never trusted me with anyone else, no matter how well our family knew them, and lunkily i never had a problem, but 25% of people have been sexually assaulted as a child. His name should be posted, because he is a threat to society, and really does not have a future, because of what he has done, and will continue to do.

 

In my opinion these kind of people should be killed, they will never stop, and they are wasting valuable tax payers money in jail.

Even the word " scaring" is too soft. It implies  that there was a healing of sorts. This is not always the case. Damage is more apporpriate .Many of the victims are damaged for life. Some will NEVER recover fully. Some will even take their own lives because of it.
