Saddam's Revenge: A Hussein in The White House ??

Saddam's Revenge: A Hussein in The White House ??

Whats in a name? Not much usually, unless your middle name is Hussein and your are running for the Presidency of the United States of America.

Will America accept Barack Hussein Obama as President?

Will Saddam Hussein roll over in his grave laughing ?

He already has a death sentence against him because as a youth he converted from Islam to Christianity. That is punnishable by death.

To what length would the Radiacal Islamists go, to kill him?

Kind of a surprise he didn't change is name.

    It's probably included on a no-fly list.

When I was still in school, one of my classmates names was Osama.  We pelted him with stones every day at lunch time.

I'm kidding!  It's just a name.  I don't even think the fact was mentioned over the 2 years I knew him.  I don't think it will affect Obama's chances at the presidency.  I think the fact that he's black will cause him more trouble than his middle name (it's reality).  However, I have heard him speak, and he's very charismatic.  Speaks really well.  I think Obama or Clinton would make equally good presidents.  Time to flush out the bush rats.

There's a singer for a band called Garbage named Shirley Manson.  I don't think it hurt her career at all to share a name with a deranged cult leader/murderer.  They weren't related in any way.

Barack Obama might have another deranged murderer's name, but he was in no way related.  For people to associate him with Saddam would be idiotic.

His lack of experience might be his downfall more than his name, not to mention the redneck south trembling in horror at the idea of having a black leader.

I would have loved to have seen Colin Powell run for President. I think he could win and finally crack that invisable barrier.

I personally think the whole thing is ridiculous. I heard this segment on the radio the other day and they were talking about how the results of this election is gonna be based mostly on which barrier people wanted to see broken (race vs. gender). It's really nothing more than a popularity contest. I wonder how many people have even the slightest idea what each "contestant"'s platform is. Pretty sad...

    Then again, I can't say I'm surprised.

    Quite true Vlad:

Even Opera is now drawing flak for supporting " Color" instead of " Gender".

Well I care because our soldiers are over there fighting a stupid war that the Americans should have finished off years ago, but they decided to chase their oil prize instead.  And look where that got them.

Every election that happens down there directly affects Canadians whether we like it or not.  I sure gave a sh!t that Bush won the last two elections.  A lot of crap would never have happened if he never got in.
