******Looking for Dedicated and Hard Working Training Partners******
I'm looking for reliable training partners in the greater moncton and surrounding area. Bodybuilders, strongmen, powerlifters; I don't care who you are. All that's important to me is that you're serious and share the desire to improve and be the best.
I have my own garage gym which includes:
A solid 3"x3" power rack A bench Two 600lb bars Deadlift platform Chains and some bands Boards A box for box squats 800+ lbs of weight and growing A huge cambered bar I have just bought a texas power bar and a safety squat bar, which are both in the mail
My e-mail is: HenningMetz@gmail.com My work in progress website is: www.HCIron.piczo.com
Feel free to e-mail me if you have any questions.

I have to ask.......How many calories in a Texas Power Bar.
Remember yesterday, respect tomorrow, live for today. I bought some batteries, but they weren't included.

well a texas power bar is quite healthy. it's 45lbs with a hard outer
shell with a creamy nougat center. it's low in calories and very high
in iron, hahaha.

Re: ******Looking for Dedicated and Hard Working Training Partners******
thanks for the bump willie.
yeah, but i'm not really in this for the money. my priority is to assemble a good team of lifters who will support eachother. i know there are other people like me around here. people who are fed up with the "fitness center" scene because they get ratted on for using chalk, dropping weights, know it all personal trainers, etc.
right now everything's in a garage and, since i don't have to pay rent or what not, membership "fees" are non existent ($0). you show up, you lift hard, and if i think you'd be an asset to the team you'll be welcome back. i plan on finding and moving everything to a larger place within the next six to eight months and, as long as i can pay the bills for the new place, "memberships" will be extremely cheap. enough to cover overhead is all i'd be asking. the more lifters, the less an individual lifter has to pay, and all surplus will go into new equipment like a reverse hyper, er-rack, a glute ham, etc. pretty simple.
like i said, i'm much more concerned of creating an awesome lifting environment as opposed to making the most cash possible.
edit: wait, you had five heart attacks? wow! i can't even imagine going through something like that. i'm glad you're still with us.

Re: ******Looking for Dedicated and Hard Working Training Partners******
Does it matter if I haven't been trainning or anything but evry interested to start? I don't want to try to start things like this on my own (my b/f has no interest in it whatsoever and none of my friends either) so I always find it hard to keep up with any kind of work outs.
Just waiting till it's all over.

Re: ******Looking for Dedicated and Hard Working Training Partners******
experience doesn't matter one bit. it's kind of good that you have no preconcieved notions because you'll be much more open and be able to learn much quicker.
shoot me an e-mail and i'll run you through some very basic aspects of westside training. then we'll take it from there.
edit: and willie, you crack me up, hahahaha
