I just love guitar music and dancing. I bought a guitar and I sure want to learn how to play it ...but I need some help.

Any one want to help me learn

Yes I do play,,,taught both my sons about 10 years ago,,and both now play better than I.

First lesson...

Cut the fingernails on your left hand, if you are right handed.

Long nails won't allow you to easy access the Fret Board.

Heh chocolate, great topic.  There are some great online tudorials that might help you.  I do advise taking some lessons though.  You'll be forced to practice with a goal each week.

Major, I wish just for ONCE you would talk more about that one.  I've fiddled around a bunch of times.  We have something in common.....maybe?  What?
