    Internationally acclaimed dancers headline Moncton dance festival

    Saturday August 2nd, 2008

    Atlantic Dance Festival runs Aug. 8 to 10 on the theme A Celebration of Women in Dance

    The festival takes place Aug. 8 to 10 at Moncton's Théâtre L'Escaouette.

    Tickets for the opening night show on Aug. 8, featuring Louise Lecavalier, and the Gala Evening on Saturday, Aug. 9 are available at L'Escaouette, Frank's Music, the Capitol Theatre box office or online at www.admission.com.

    For a limited time, passports that allow access to all Atlantic Dance Festival events are on sale for $75 or $65 for students.

    Three highly acclaimed international women dancers famed for their creativity as well as artistic skills are coming to Moncton in August to wow audiences as part of this year's Atlantic Dance Festival entitled A Celebration of Women in Dance.

    Louise Lecavalier, Yasmina Ramzy and Stephanie Cadman have earned international fame for their styles of dance and accomplishments on the world stage over their illustrious careers.

    Lecavalier is known world-wide for her ground-breaking achievements in dance including, her work with the dance company La La La Human Steps.
