Paladin, I think you do a descent job here as moderator.......given the rules (here) that you have to enforce.

OR......do ya have to enforce them?

What's really going on here?  Is there an administrator above you who keeps in touch with you periodically?  Is there a back room where you can go and discuss issues with "other" moderators" or are you the only one here.  ......a back office where you can chat with administration?

Were you given a format to follow or guidelines when given the moderator's postition?
