You tell them, you dont have it, and offer something similar is there is anything. I know what is out back usually, so it really isnt as issue.

Rather than focusing our energy on debating whether the paying public should top up Tim Hortons' staff salaries, we should be debating how come Tim Hortons doesn't pay their employees more.  If there's one company that can afford to do so, it's Tim Hortons.  Tim Hortons franchise owners make a lot of money.  The cup the coffee comes in costs more than the coffee.  A coffee and cup can't cost anymore than 10 cents total.  That means the remaining $1.40 is to pay for the store and expenses, including staff.

Those who have worked at Tim Hortons, is there some sort of bonus program, or some premium (say, around "Roll up the Rim to Win" time)?  I'm just wondering.

    Spliting the Tips....

In the US, Starbucks has been ordered to pay back millions of dollars to its employees after admitting thats it's " Shift Supervisors", aka management was taking a cut of the daily tips. In most States that is against the Law. Curious if that happens at Tim's ?
