Gaud you people eat well!

I had leftovers tonight......a rice/ham skillet dinner.

AND, speaking of ribs.  I've been talking about getting some all week and decided to get some tomorrow for the weekend.

Lunch tonight is yogurt, Activa prunes.  I know....I know.....too much information eh but prunes are better than an enemma.

I wish I could eat popcorn........yummy stuff.

And for soup?  Well, Willi beef soup outta the freezer for me tonight.  I think it might be the last one since making it well over a month ago.  I love soup.  I put some macaronni in it this time and looking at it through the (cancer-causing plastic) dish makes me want 5:00 to come sooner.

(speaking of cancer-causing plastic, what's a person supposed to use to freeze soups and liquids now if they shouldn't use plastic.......grumble.....)

This afternoon I'm gonna make this cake.

Man if you guys never tryied teh popcorn and soup (I prefer veggie soup) you should. it might be weird but really good together. My b/f just loves PB&J with chicken noodle soup (now I think that is really weird, but I also don't like PB&J)

Oh I totally agree with you. But my b/f (is a cook and has worked at places like Mavericks, and really high end restaurants in the USA, won awards for his food etc...) swears it's teh best thing next to sliced bread. He made my son eat some and now each time we have chicken noodle soup, my son will make himself a PP&J cause he says now it's not the same without. I dunno I never tried it. I'll stick with my popcorn and soup lol

well tonight its leftover St. Patrick's Day

corned beef with cabbage and potatoes and carrots and a dish of peaches w/whipped cream.

I wonder if Willi will be having popcorn and soup again tonight....

Redfox when you hit this topic, if ya do, will you tell me how you baked your ribs?  I want to do that tomorrow.  I  have a bunch of recipes but I enjoy hearing others.....pretty please brown sugar on it twice?
