    Re: Decanter ???

There's too much sugar in regular pop and I hate watering anything down.

Aspartame might not be perfect, but between that and sugar, it's the lesser of two evils for me.

Another snowy day draws quietly to a close. Anybody got anything insightful you learned today? Anything funny happen to you? Interested in keeping a bored, lonely lady from losing her mind? Big Smile [:D]

Caution: does not play well with stupid people.

Well it's not really funny but it sure can piss me off when it happens. My b/f works at cora's and he doesn't usually do his full 37.5 hours a week. Well they were closed yesterday and today he went in at 7:30. They needed to cut someone today at like 12, so he volunteered himself to leave. A day and a half gone from his pay check. It pisses me off when he does that but even worse, he then has the nerve to tell me that he didn't feel like working anyways, it's not like we're hurting for cash. No we're not hurting for cash cause I put in full hours all week long to get home to him only working 4 1/2 hours in the day and did absolutly nothing. Tomorrow and friday is his next days off adn I can expect the same thing. Come home to the dishes dirty, no laundry cleaned (and if there is some clean laundry it's cause i did it the night before, but he won't even bother putting it away). I hate b*tching about this but man, on my days off all I do is clean the sh*t that he messes up. He just pissed in my cornflakes!!
Just waiting till it's all over.

Well ok it's the thought that counts right, well the other night we wanted to watch a DVD but all our DVD players are broken so we keep hauling hte xbox upstairs in the bedroom. Well my B/F got fed up and decided to give me one of my x-mas gifts early. It was a DVD player but he discovered it wasn't what he bought, he wanted to get the dvd/vcr combo. We had the discussion before and I told him that I have absolutly no use for a VCR cause I have no VHS tapes. When he opened it up to set it up, he told me "I don't care what you say cause I know you have no use for it but I WANTED IT so I bought it FOR YOU for x-mas"

Is it just me or does this seems a tad selfish?

(I bought a 300$ DVD player 4 years ago and would have much ratehr just get that one fixed that get a new cheap one and I told him that many many times but he has a few VHS)

Just waiting till it's all over.

Here is a thought...Give me your new DVD Player and you get your old one fixed...I promise to appreciate it....

    Re: Evening Banter

well as I concider it now, it's not my new DVD player (he's returning it to get what he actually bought, which is a DVD/VHS combo) and it wasn't bought with me in mind so I can't give it away as it's not mine sorry.

It just makes me soo angry that he thinks about himselve so much more than anyone else. For X-Mas he got a new 1200$ guitar and he buys me a f*cked dvd/vhs combo which I don't even have any VHS
