i'm copying a cat's photo and jimminy krikutt is a fictional character so that means i am not copying an actual human so hurry up and call the authorities since i am not copying an actual person and i have a disclaimer for your bio under fair use law

now i wonder if using walt disney's name jimminy krikutt and stealing cat pics is copyright breach? wouldnt the original jimminy on the forum be breaking the law 2?
