In Campbell v. Acuff-Rose Music, Inc the Supreme Court recognized parody as a fair use, even when done for profit. Campbell v. Acuff-Rose Musicnow i wonder if using walt disney's name jimminy krikutt and stealing cat pics is copyright breach? wouldnt the original jimminy on the forum be breaking the law 2?
