The ice water is quite good today. I better keep away from the coffee as it winds me up too easy. Somehow I pour a pot of hot water in my coffee machine and it makes about a third of a pot of coffee. It is dark and potent.

    Re: Morning Coffee Chat

My hot drink of choice today would be Neo Citran ... if only I could drink the stuff and stay awake!

It is with great shock, however, that I confirm there really IS such a thing as a good Monday. Kyle did nothing more than a little wind damage in my neighborhood. My former favorite worker from the housing authority came in this morning to check on the status of my basement, and brought with him a worker who hadn't been here before. This guy decided that the small de-humidifier on wheels we've been running just isn't enough; we need a wall-mounted unit and not later than today.

I'm still a little shocked at finding a man with a brain, and on Monday at that. Ahhh ... life is good! Now Sass ... bring on the liquid gold before I change my mind and mix the Neo Citran with a little rum for good measure! Stick out tongue [:P]

I drank lots of tea today in the vendor's lounge at the market. If I was Indian....Oops, Native North American.....Oops, Aborigional, I'd be making my tea pee by now.           Groan.

I took my Timmies to church with me this morning. Big Smile [:D]

I've made a deal with my little guy I could possibly regret. He's decided to try breaking his addiction to PlayStation. To encourage him in his efforts, I told him for every day he doesn't touch the PS, I'll go 2 days without Timmies. The withdrawal can be pretty terrible. At this point, I'm thinking if I ever get to 3 days in a row, it might just be my breaking point. For now ... I'm brewing my own ... and off for another cup. G'nite. Wink [;)]

......................................There is no message here. I just like saying your name.

In all seriousness, never bet Tim's coffee against Playstation. You will lose and your kids will still get the high score.

    Re: Morning Coffee Chat

    Lesson learned. Smile [:)]

Today is the perfect day for sipping hot drinks. The wind is cold enough to chill even a fat person's bones, hehe.

Halloween is over, so the next holiday is Remembrance Day. This means we should be expecting snow any time now. I wish the stores would do a little decorating with poppies before they bring out the Santa stuff ... but I see it's not happening.

I'd like to have a few heads together over cups of coffee to see how we could change the world and make it a little more respectful and a lot less greedy. Oh well ... it's important to have a dream, I guess. Smile [:)]
