Drink a half liter of water then pedal a bike for 15 minutes. Drink another half liter then pedal for 15 more minutes. Drink another half liter and let the sweat flow. You will feel a lot cooler for the rest of the day.

soldiers can be found any weekday morning about 7.30 am going into the store next door

i am sure we can get them to look for ---juju--lol
