    Re: 'Day All

    Hey everyone..

I thought I would be repectful to you all tonight by saying goodnight and I wish you all a good nights rest.

I am sorry to say that I leave tonight with a  very heavy heart. Not my intention to feel this way when I sign on to the forum.  I guess I always have this notion that someone will have posted something light hearted and it will bring a smile to my face.

Life is so hard sometimes...so I say to you all......tomorrow is a new day.

When you wake in the morning open the blinds....feel the sunshine on your face. Throw open the window and feel the wind in your hair. Look around and see the furry little squirrel running up the tree and the beautiful flowers your neighbor has planted.

I will think of you when I have my first coffee tomorrow morning.......and I will hope with all my might that you have a wonderful glorious day and you will remember to be grateful for all the little things in your life.

You all deserve that....as you are all wonderful people.......at least I think so!

    Re: 'Day All

I'm up and around. There is no sunlight shining in my window. There is, however, lots of nice fresh air coming in. The neighbours have nice flowers. In my yard there are also nice flowers and shade giving trees. Life goes on in the yard. No squirril but I saw one last Tuesday night running along the phone lines. The birds are quiet and I think the crows have moved a couple of streets over. The spiders will have their webs stretched across the walkway between the rows of bushes leading to the sidewalk. As usual I'll forget they're there and walk through them mumbling under my breath. Life will go on for them and they will rebuild tomorrow. Life goes on for everybody. Today's another day and I think it's going to be a great one at that.

    Re: 'Day All

There is plenty of sunshine here, complete with plenty of breeze! The neighbors and I all have beautiful flower beds! (It kinda makes up for the junk vehicles in our yards! Wink [;)])

The crows that Willie can't see/hear are in abundance in my neighborhood. The DNR called me back on Friday, and I learned that the crows I thought were dying were actually babies just learning to fly. Saw a few more of them this morning. As for the one that was actually dead, it appears he flew into a wire and electrocuted himself. laughing [laughing]

My youngest boy has a little league ball game today. This allows me the opportunity to scream for a good cause until I feel a little less stressed and work on my tan simultaneously. Just might make for a decent Monday. Smile [:)]

I'm signing out. I have a long list of things to do and have to leave these hallowed halls for a while. Have a good day everybody.

    Re: 'Day All

Alas, 'tis Monday after all. The rain has cancelled the ball game. A phone call has taken away the hope of any improvements in hell this week.

Perhaps it's time to start counting the flowers on the wall and paint a sunshine on the ceiling. Smile [:)]

I'm off to check out the outdoor marked setup next to the gossip club and across the street from the beer store.
