I can't really say I'm right or wrong yet as this kind of stuff is hard to find on the internet so I can't come anywhere close to really backing up my argument.  I do know one thing and that is New Brunswick was around way before any ideas of having a bilingual province.

Bilingual or NeoNazi state. You gotta ask yourself this very important question. Is it free to everyone (?) or do you HAVE TO DO IT because, if you don't, your doomed to be throwing explitives in bottles over a wall?
