    When Cheese does not melt

    Just discovered that if you leave shredded Kraft mozzarella cheese over night, it will not melt in the fridge the next day!

    The problem with North America is stupidity. I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?

    Been there, done it!  lol

    Seriously...you know, when you buy cheese that's already shredded, it has cellulose in it.  That might be why.  Plastic won't melt as easily as cheese itself would.

    Not sure who decided cheese needed prophylactics.
