When I tell my puppy to do something..She says "Ruff"...I bought a $200 dog transilator...It means F@@K O@@ in Puppy...So I throw her a treat and walked away..!!!!

That is what I was wondering. My dog barks everytime he see our neighbor. I often wondered what that meant, now I know thank you. I will be giving the dog a lot more treats now.
