    Starchoice installers

Does anyone know someone who is installing Starchoice cheaply? I did see something in the newspaper a few months back a retailer who was doing installations for free, some kind of limited special.

No debates about Bell is better! Was just interested in the cheapest Starchoice installer :)

I called Future Shop who are offering it for $129, I know there are much cheaper.

    Thanks.

That is a matter of opinion Notme..I have had Bell, Starchoice and Rogers....By far hands down I prefer Bell..If for no other reason then the customer service they provide...I have a great package with them and it is at a great rate...I have two receivers and one is a PVR and I still pay less then I did with Starchoice and I owned the satelitte,,Same for rogers..I had owned two..

When I have an issue...It is promptly taken care of...by an informed and fully trained polite customer service agent...Can't say that about Rogers.

I've been playing with the idea of getting sattelite tv on the internet but I'm not impressed with what I saw so far. I feel when they improve on the quality somebody somehow somewhere will start charging monthly fees.

Have to agree with you on bell, by far the better service, have had Rogers prior to Bell, at present have 4 receivers and 6 theme pkgs and the total is only $82.00 monthly, when I had Rogers the same number of Digital boxes and close to the same # of stations montly was $158.00, big difference, and Bell offers better service.  Just my opinion.

star choice i find has better reception than bell   i use to have bell   and their services was so bad  and their telephone people were very ignorant   so i told them to take  it and shove it   ........

now i have been with star choice for 3 years  i only had one  time i could not watch  tv because of intereference   unlike bell that use to happen almost daily

As I suspected, nothing is life is ever free!!

I tried that link just for a laugh and it ended up I have to pay just over $100 up front, plus they want the ole credit card on file.

It`s almost like these offers you see on the tv, free this and free that. You call and after a few minutes BS, they ask for your mastercard details!!!!

Anyways, I believe there is a guy on Lewisville Rd currently installing it. He`s offering two receivers for $30 and free installation, well he was when I called around Christmas time.

Is that a porn channel of some kind?

There's porn in there somewhere but it opens to another link so I'm staying clear of it. There are a lot of actual tv channels on the menue.
