A little update on Lisa Marshall.........
She has joined The EDGE in Toronto, a...well.....edgy station that's a lot more in tune with today's audiences than what we're used to around here.
An excerpt from milkmanunlimited.com:
Changes at 102.1 the Edge/Toronto
Toronto ON from Alan Cross
With the departure of Sandra, the Edge's swing announcer, there have been a few changes to the line-up.
Darryl Spring moves from part-time to full-time status as a swing announcer. He'll also spend a couple of days a week assisting MD Don Mitchell in the Edge Music Department.
Lisa Marshall is our new part-time announcer. She comes to the Edge from C103 in Moncton, New Brunswick where she was the long-time co-host of a successful morning show. We'll soon hear her Saturday mornings, through some overnights and when we require fill-ins
LoriAnn Villani works at Y108/Hamilton. In addition to working with our Corus brethren down the QEW, she'll handle a few overnight and fill-in shifts for the Edge.
Thanks to all those who applied for the recent positions at the Edge. Your material will be kept on file for future openings at the Edge and throughout Corus Radio.
