Not for me but for my daughter ....I believe legal separation is the current issue. As well, her husband appears unwilling to even support his kids..... She thought she had some legal representation, through the daughter of a friend who worked for a lawyer, but for some reason that has fallen through. So she has no legal representation and a deadbeat dad on her hands. No legal moves have been made at all as of now...but he has a lawyer and presented her with a paper which says, in effect, he won't pay anything. Some guy...apparemntly doesn't give a damn if his kids starve. Their grandmother (and me) have been basically supporting them for the past several months but we do not have the m oney to do that indefinately.
