I'm not sure of the time, maybe about 5.00 or 6.00 this morning (Wednesday) did anyone hear something?

It could have been thunder, but the sounds were too short. It actually sounded like fireworks in the distance. I wasn't fully awake, so it may have been a dream. But it sounded real.

I have to confess that about that time this morning, as a result of eating too late, I was burping from both ends, mostly from the back end.

Funny Willie, at about that time, I was walking and happened to light a match.  There was this flame you can't imagine.  I must have been outside your home.

Maybe that was the sound.

Sept 26th should be a noisy day around the old homestead. It will be the 6th anniversary of National Canned Beans Day, now called International Canned Beans Day.
