    Anyone looking to unionize

If there's anyone out there working that feels they don't get treated right, let me know and we could unionize your workplace.  It's simple and everything is confidential.

Let me show you how to get respect at work, the money you deserve and give you a voice to get things fixed.

We look after every industry, hotel, food service, warehouse, etc...

If interested in finding out more, let me know.

    Re: Anyone looking to unionize

Depends on where they work - probably could show you contracts from pretty much any industry around

It would also depend on the particular problems at their workplace

I bet anyone at any McDonald's or WalMart would like a union, but of course head office would just shut down the building, like they did in Quebec.

    Re: Anyone looking to unionize

you do realize the average worker views a union as nothing but a money sucking entity ,dont you.  Can you give them a reason or reasons to become involved with a union.

I agree with you - Labour laws in New Brunswick and in Canada in general suck.  We do have 7 Walmart stores across the country certified but no collective agreement yet.  We do have at least one collective agreement with a fast food outlet out west (I do believe it's mcdonalds but not 100 per cent)

I don't think it's so cut and dry.  It depends on how informed the individual is.  In some cases, a union is really good for personnel, but in others it's a rip off.  You hear different stories.

Yes I do - I hear that constantly.  Their is nothing I can say to change most people's minds.  At one point in time I agreed with most people but what people have to realize is that you only get to make your workplace better by sticking together.  Wheter you join a union or not, you need to stick together - that's what a union offers - a voice for all workers.

    Re: Anyone looking to unionize

In my opinion, if workers will comit to the workplace, they shouldnt whine about their surounding and their pay. They should just quit and find somewhere eles to work instead of putting so much stress on a company just trying their best.

    Re: Anyone looking to unionize

Sounds like management talking.  The problem is that most companys only try their best at making money and they have no interest in the welfare of their employees.

Keep in mind I said most companys.  I know of some that treat their employees extremely well without a Union.  But most need someone to make sure they do things right.
