    ROGERS SERVICE, HATE IT OR LIKE IT? PLEASE EXPLAIN
    I would like to know if people out there has problems with Rogers service as much as I do. It seems after i have went to a bundled service, my payments i was making, it seems was not being applied to my correct account. it took an extra week for a payment to reflect on my acount. and after being told today that i was paying to the wrong account, they gave me what was supposed to be the correct account #, but guess what when trying to update my banking it said the account # was invalid.

    few problems   (0%)
    no problems   (0%)
    payment problems   (27.3%)

    I always thought Rogers had excellent service. I found it fast, efficient, and freindly. Unfortunelate it is too big of a company for it's customers. When it comes to management I'm convinced they don't know their heads from their arses. Just my 4 cents worth.

    I am actually switching to Rogers Home Phone today!

    No such thing as Long Distance in NB, whcih is amazing!

    I enjoy the phone service very much.,.But when it comes to Tv.  Bell is amazing and goes above and beyond.  over a month ago when I was dealing with a nightmare situation in my life they came through and went that extra mile that I have never seen any company do

    thats what i thought about my home phone too they told me if i signed up it would only cost me 6 $ for the promotion then after that month it would only be 21.99 plus taxes a month well  when i got my first bill it was 36$ WTFWall [wall] i  think i am about done with them

    Rogers phone is free to call anyone in NB.,  You don't even dial the area code.  Just the straight number anywheres within the province

    yes they say free long distance but they also say if you are calling another rogers phone please explain why they seem to advertise two different things?????????????

    I also got another cell phone that was supposed to go on a family plan for my wife, but guess what NOPE they are sending me a seperate bill as if they are not getting enough of my pay cheque

    i was considering switching to rogers but too many different stories from people who have it and even when talking to people who work for rogers

    And as for the technical support people GET SOME ONE WHO CAN SPEAK ENGLISH  i just got off the phone with them and i had to keep asking to repeat  i could not understand them  then they send me surveys to ask how their service is  go on i DARE them to send me another survey LOLranting [ranting]

    Anywheres within your province is not long distance

    Anywheres in Canada to another rogers phone wether it be cell or home phone is not long distance as well

    and Yes..The  customer service sukks
