The house is currently occupied by a clean female and is furnished, except for the 2 bedrooms that are available, however there is room for more furniture in any of the living areas if needed. The home is on a beautiful property with shrubs and gardens and has hardwood and lament floors throughout the interior. There is a fair size kitchen and 1 and a half baths to share as well as 2 large living rooms. The house is equipped with a washer and dryer and a dishwasher, so no running to the laundry-mat or slaving over dishes. Both rooms are large enough for a double or queen bed, dresser and desk. One is on the main floor, while the other is on the upper floor. Parking is also available.
Looking for individuals in their 20s or 30s who clean up after themselves and are willing to help clean the house once a week. The house is located in a quiet area and therefore is not a party house, though entertaining guests is definitely not out of the question. Also, looking for respectful males or females who are considerate towards others and their property, responsible, and quiet.
One bedroom is available immediately, while the other is available June 1st, but if needed it is possible to arrange an earlier move in date.
Rent is $375 a month per room with all utilities included. Cable and internet are extra at about $30 - $40 a month, depending upon how many people occupy the house.
