my little grand daughter SIERRS came home from the IWK  hospital today after major heart surgery after being only 2 days old right now she is doing good but will suffer from a congenital heart defect for the rest of her life that will require her to be monitored regularly.but the major hurdle has been passed and we can deal with the rest as it comes up.

i want to extend a special thanks to the doctors and nurses at moncton city hospital and especially to the surgeons of the IWK that did her surgery and got her through this far and to those of you on this forum that offered their ideas and thoughts and prayers for my grand daughter
