    What you are looking for is a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. not necessarily musical taste.

    You should try anything by Francis Cabrel.  He excels in the melt your underwear department.

    Also, there are some songs by Isabelle Boulay which will melt not only your underwear, but your pants too.  Try "Le Saule" or "C'était l'hiver" (a Francis Cabrel cover).

    As for rockin' tunes, you can't beat "Passe moé le puck" by Les Colocs.
