I don't remember Michael Moore as ever coming off like he was "holier than though".  Seems to me he never really focused on himself, but more on what others were doing.  He may be exposing things, but I don't remember him ever having said "I'm better, I don't do that".  Anyways, the world's full of people who live by the "Do as I say, not as I do rule".

This is bull crap:  "We “visit” both Moore’s lakeside mansion on Torch Lake, Michigan and his penthouse in Manhattan and wonder if Moore is really anti-rich."

Moore's never been anti-rich.  From memory, Bowling for columbine was anti-guns, Fahrenheit 911 was anti-war/anti-bush, Sicko seems to be anti bush again or anti-US policy on health care, but I haven't seen it.  I haven't seen Roger & Me, but I think it was a union and/or an automobile factory in Flint Michigan which was targeted.

"Once we learn Iran and Osama Bin Laden praised Moore’s Fahrenheit 9/11, we also question his patriotism."    Oh come on!!! An after-the-fact praise of someone's work doesn't make one a supporter of the person giving praise.  What kind of backwards logic is that???  What a ridiculously biased article!  If Hitler went to see a play, and liked it, should all the actors be considered nazis?  I'm sick of the word "patriotism" being thrown around to describe anything that isn't pro-establishment.  "Patriotism" is constantly used as the opposite in meaning of "Freedom of expression".

i wouldnt be surprised to learn that G Bush chipped in for that movie

Opposing view points are Michael Moore than welcome..

I like Mike.  I think he brings up things that need to be known.  He's sure not perfect, but who is?

Something I've noticed about conservatives in general especially in the past decade or so, is they're becoming more and more bullying in their ways.  They taunt those that don't tow the party line.  When it happens to them, though, they cry foul like it's nobody's business. 

But back to Moore... he doesn't just go after the republicans.  In "Bowling For Columbine", he chastises the Clinton administration for taking advantage of the Columbine news coverage, using it as a media diversion while the U.S. drops more bombs on Bosnia than at any point during that war.

And I like how so many republicans come out against more and refer to him negatively in his physical appearance.  That's probably why his appearance will never change.  It smokes out those who are so mind-numbingly superficial.

I am not the least bit moved or surprised by what I am reading, learning about Moore. Its HOLLYWOOD. They sell movies, that is their job. I didn't peg him for being such a sucker though. I guess he wears a good mask.

I am not sure why I never liked that guy but I didn't. I knew somewhere in between all this reality stuff he was doing there lies the real story and it wasn't his story. O well he's a hoax.
